Commit
Problem description
Projects everywhere end up going over budget, taking longer than they were supposed to, and delivering less value than they were originally meant to. Projects eventually get delivered, but no one is satisfied. Delivery is not the issue; satisfaction is the issue.
Project management tools focus on the management of tasks and resources, but have no way of measuring the risk of tasks demanding more resources than estimated.
The most relevant factor in the creation of long-term relationships is not the quality of the work delivered, but the perception of honored commitments, coupled with the timely communication of increased risk.
How the tool solves the problem
Commit doesn’t simply track and collect data (where did time go, by which date we will finish, what’s the total estimate for these tasks), but focuses on the detection of risks around every commitment.
Where other tools measure deviation once it already happened, Commit lets you know when there is an increased risk of failing on a commitment, before there is an actual deviation.
Scope mode
Scope mode allows an easy management of projects, with activities organized hierarchically.

Estimation mode
Estimation mode allows each team member to provide their own estimates and degree of confidence, not biased by the rest of the team.
